Being someone who has gravitated towards using only the left side of my brain for over two decades has been a journey to say the least. After learning how much of an impact the arts can have, I committed myself to this lifestyle and found such joy in creating whether that be on stage or in my bedroom making music.

ABOUT
Cory Samuel Lee Evans was raised in the southeastern most region of kentucky within the crater of middlesboro. due to the lack of creative outlets in the social climate he was raised in, he continuously strived to aid in building more opportunities for himself and others within the arts - specifically musical theatre. While performing in the choir, he also participated in Local community theatres, and performed as a solo act around the tri-state area whether that be in bars, festivals, or even paEgants. the soon to be thespian found his love for participating in theatre by playing conrad birdie in “bye bye birdie” and seymour krelborn in “little shop of horrors”.
After successfully graduating high school, he pursued his passion for performing by completing a B.A in Theatre with a Musical Theatre Certification and concentration in Vocal Performance & Dramatic Writing at the University of Kentucky. Throughout college, he worked as the Male Swing for Dollywood’s Imagination Playhouse, an acting coach and assistant director for children's theatre at innovation arts academy, and as a theatre supervisor at pam miller downtown arts center in lexington, kentucky.
Upon graduating, cory WORKED as an Actor/Technician Intern program at Titusville Playhouse for the 59th Season. He played roles such as Trent Oliver in “The Prom”, Stan in “May we all”. nick in “beautiful: the carol king musical”, Max and rudy in cabaret, a Phantom in “The Rocky Horror Show”, And other featured ensemble tracks for “9 to 5”, “The Wizard of Oz”, and Xanadu, He HAS NOW FINISHED his contract and IS LOOKING FORWARD TO the opportunities thAT ARE IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND IN THE MAKING..
ONE IMPortant opportunity cory is thankful for is his agency oceans entertainment AS THEY HAvE BECOME AN EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY and RELIABLE REPRESENTATION SOURCE IN ORDER FOR GAIN TO GAIN WORK IN THE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY ON BOARD AND ABROAD. Along with live entertainment, he enjoys writing and producing original music. He began writing at the age of fourteen until he recorded his first ep titled “Forever”. When it occurred to him that he was ready to relase a full length album, cory began finding the therapeutic nature of writing and then released “FUll disclosure” in August of 2022 which was independent from any representation. In may of 2023, Cory released his second album, “What I learned over coffee”. He is currently working on a third project that is to be released in the coming year - but his singleS “Typecast” AND “KENTUCKY” ARE AVAILABLE e to stream and purchase.
